Volunteers Week Day 4

At West Lothian RDA, it's not just our participants who are growing—our coaching team is too!

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our three fantastic Coaches in Training who are working hard behind the scenes (and in the arena!) to become qualified RDA coaches.

Guided and supported by our two experienced Group Coaches, our Coaches in Training are learning what it takes to lead supportive and fun sessions for our participants.

From planning sessions to understanding the unique needs of each participant, they’re building the skills and confidence needed to become great Group Coaches. Every session is a step forward—not just for our riders, but for our future coaches too.

We’re really proud of the dedication they’ve shown so far.
